Refund & Return Policy
At Gadget Archive, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your product if:
You received a wrong product.
The product is physically damaged upon delivery.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Essential accessories or parts are missing.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused.
Original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned:
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Products with broken seals or opened packaging (where applicable).
Software, digital products, or downloadable content.
Clearance, promotional, or special-discount items.
Products returned without original accessories or packaging.
Products returned after the return period has expired.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Send your order number along with photos or videos showing the issue.
Our support team will review the claim and provide instructions.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
Manufacturing defects.
Incorrect items shipped by us.
Products damaged during shipping.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be approved only after the returned product is inspected.
If approved:
Mobile Banking payments (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) will be refunded within 3–7 business days.
Bank transfers may take 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Gadget Archive.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process described above.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, defective item, damaged delivery), Gadget Archive will bear the return shipping cost.
If the customer wishes to return a product for any other approved reason, return shipping charges may apply.
8. Warranty Claims
Products sold with a manufacturer or seller warranty must follow the warranty terms specified on the product page or warranty card.
Warranty claims are separate from the return and refund process.
